Program description
ISSI offers a conversational text messaging service that lets our rental customers ask about equipment availability, request rental quotes, and follow up on those requests by texting our published business number. Replies may be generated with the assistance of automated technology.
Opt-in
You opt in by sending the first text message to our number. We do not send the first message to any number that has not contacted us, and we do not use purchased or uploaded contact lists. By texting us, you agree to receive conversational replies related to your inquiry, which may include a follow-up message on that same open conversation.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by conversation. A typical inquiry involves a handful of messages; we do not send recurring or scheduled messages.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. ISSI does not charge for the service itself.
Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and nothing further. Reply START to resume. Opt-out is honored immediately.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
